Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered and downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads as the product cannot be returned.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product (corrupted file, delivery failure, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you can demonstrate that you used the prompts as instructed and did not find them useful, reach out to us. We are reasonable people and we want every customer to feel good about their purchase.
